I went to Smart & Final and had a good experience. The store looks clean and organized, making it very easy to find what you need. They offer bulk items, which is convenient for parties. The staff were nice and helpful. Overall, a positive visit!

Been coming here for years, it ain't.much to look at but it's a little reminder of how Rancho used to be before, overpopulation, drought, pandemics, and school shootings. The phrase "good ole days"means a lot once you got a half century under your belt.

Very poor selection of fresh produce. Cashier was dismissive and rude. I couldn't get an employees attention to resolve the website coupon issue so I left my groceries without paying for them. I won't be back.

Every time I go in after covid, they watch every black and brown person that shops.

Today, this white girl with black and yellow hair with a gold name tag was trying to restock the front cooler, and I was shopping at the bakery goods.

If she wanted me to move, just say excuses me instead of looking mad because you have to work. So I was getting tomatoes and checking prices because they are overpriced on most stuff.

I get in line and 2 people ahead of me. Every worker is doing something, and the cashier doesn't ask for help. When it was my turn, the white girl helped out an old white woman..🤔

Besides her lots of new employees and the 2 older ones I see look mad as well the short mexcian woman has a attitude.

I dropped in because of the convenience but I didn't expect sticker shock. I bought 30 small eggs, there was no price on the eggs, $13.59!. I could have gone to Aldi and paid less then $9.00 for 3 dozen. The butter was expensive too. $5.00 a pound, at Aldi its about $3.50. And the variety bars rang up more expensive then the price on the table. Fool me once.....

Perfect place when you don't feel like going to a huge big box store. It has everything I need, but a much easier and less crowded environment. Staff is very friendly.

How come the 50 pound bag of white onions comes to 77 cents a pound while the loose white onions is 50 cents a pound? Shouldnt that be the other way around?

They need to replace some of the Hispanic workers. The 2 women gossip in Spanish and the old bald Hispanic guy. The younger kids are ok. Just the older workers look like they hate being there.

Went in for Christmas snacks because my regular grocery store was sold out of some things. Everything I bought at the grocery store was cheaper at Smart and Final and of course better selection!

This is a small Smart and Final store but I prefer going here over the super large volume discount stores. I can get what I need without having to buy more than I will use. Although the store is small they still carry a selection of many products.

Went for a gallon of milk the line was super long asked Serena the cashier if she could please call for another checker, she completely ignored me. I stood by her register and asked again if she would call for help. She finally did but was very rude about it. After 10 minutes of waiting for a second checker a different customer asked the cashier Serena again if she would please get a second checker. She responded very loud and rude, I already did. If she noticed after 5 minutes that the checker never arrived then it s her responsibility to call again for help. I waited 20 minutes got tired and left. Will never return to smart and final. Manager should really send their employees especially Serena the cashier to training so she understands how customers should be treated.
